Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups chopped chicken, beef, or tofu 
  • 2 cups mixed frozen stir-fry vegetables 
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated) 
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)  

Instructions: 

  1. Divide ingredients into freezer bags. 
  1. Freeze for up to 3 months. 
  1. To cook, stir-fry in a pan for 8-10 minutes and serve over rice or noodles.
