Alpine Village is a fun, bustling college community with lots of opportunities to meet new people! We are just a 15 minute walk to the west of BYU’s campus. For UVU students there is a bus stop out front to make for an easy commute! There’s a good reason why our rooms sell out quickly each year. Our BYU student housing complex boasts phenomenal amenities such as our hot tub waterfalling into the pool, brand new stainless steel cooking grills, a full-sized basketball court, a free soda machine in our public clubhouse, a game room, and a 24-hour gym. Alpine Village residents can enjoy the student by day, party animal by night lifestyle. The underground parking garage hosts some of the greatest party venues in the city!

Here at Alpine Village, we value our residents’ privacy. That’s why our BYU student apartments showcase 4×2 private room floor plans! We also have, in very limited capacity, shared room options that feature two spacious rooms at a lower price. Two full bathrooms along with an exterior vanity make it easy to get ready for the day! Enjoy your get-togethers with our open living room furnished with a coffee table, comfortable couches, and a TV with DirecTV. Cook your favorite meals in our large kitchen space with granite countertops, plenty of counter space, a large pantry, and top-notch appliances like a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.

Our off campus location gets you anywhere you need! We’re within walking distance of BYU Campus and the UVX bus system that goes to UVU.
